Cancellation 14 or more days before arrival, full refund. Cancellation less than
14 days prior to arrival, no refunds until your space is sold. Stays of more than 3 nights require full payment
upon check-in. Refunds for early departures will only be given if we are able to re-rent your room. With
only 11 rooms, we cannot afford to turn others away only to find that a guest's "plans have changed". We hope everyone
understands the need for this policy.
